With 20 years of experience in business development, leadership coaching, strategic planning, and cultural alignment, I bring a well-rounded approach to solving problems. In my professional life, I have held vital client management and business development roles which involved leading from the middle in supervisor and director capacities. During the last 10 years of my professional development, I became passionate about supporting the people within organizations and ensuring profit margins are met. Besides, companies are communities and cease to function without people. Eventually, I decided to pursue a Master's in Organizational Leadership, which I received in 2024. This education furthered my expertise and knowledge, which I am thrilled to utilize with my clients' projects.
